Global Warming and the Effects on Big Island, Hawaii

Aloha Dear Friends,

Now many of you are starting to take this global warming wave more seriously. I’m sure you are wondering how the earth changes are affecting Big Island Hawaii. In my opinion, it is a good thing that we have a very Big Island, and we have one of the tallest mountains in the world, from the bottom of the ocean to the top, Mauna Kea Mountain. I have not seen any Global Warming Effects on Big Island, Hawaii at this time.

What I have seen on Big Island Hawaii is what’s called “King Tide,” which is a higher than normal tide, especially on the full moon. Even with this, there is not any dramatic change to the rise of the ocean. I should know as I live in Puako, an exclusive beach community, and almost every day I go visit my turtle friends and watch the sunset.

If you are concerned about buying property along the coastline, then I highly recommend considering Waikii Ranch as a solution. I personally lived there for 2 1/2 years, and it’s high up on Mauna Kea Mountain.

The exclusive community of Waikii Ranch is a breath of fresh air. With the most incredible cool mountain breeze and stunning weather. Beautiful ocean views and ample horse riding trails, a grand Polo field, tennis courts, a gym, and a membership clubhouse.

I have the honor of listing of the crème de la crème estate in Waikiki Ranch, “Hale Mehana” that sits on 53 acres and is a masterpiece Cedar Log Equestrian haven, built by Erin Keck, the daughter of world renowned Keck family.
The price is only $5.6 million and cost over $23 million to build.

My dear friends are selling this spectacular Ranch with a heavy heart, as they love the Hale Mehana so much. Having 3 Ranches on the mainland, they can not find the time to visit Hale Mehana as often as they wished.

It is the energy of the land that intrigues me the most. Did you know King Solomon built his temple out of cedar wood? There is a very unique and powerful healing sensation you feel when you visit Hale Mehana.

I would love to invite you to come experience this incredible estate, contact me today 808 333 2127.
I can’t wait to share Hale Mehana, the House of Warmth with you. Click here for more information.
