Big Island Foreclosure (REO) Property For Sale in Kailua-Kona

I went to preview this REO, bank owned property for sale in Kalani Sunset on Wikolia Street (MLS# 241535), and it’s a finishing carpenter or handyman’s dream with many very nice features for $487,900.

The kitchen has marble counter tops with a gourmet look and feel, and the washer and dryer hook-up are in the dining room area, which seemed very functional. Spacious living room area features a fireplace and separate dining area, both overlooking the views, and lanai walkways.

What I liked about this floor plan was that each bedroom, including the living area, had sliders on the west side, so that each room had access to the views, better breezes coming through, and entry-exits. I saw a lot of very nice fixtures and features…also, both bathrooms had very nice tubs with the master bathroom having a jetted tub.

Definitely worth looking at, especially for what is on the market in the area. The homes are priced and selling in the mid-to-high $500,000’s, so any home that’s priced below that is worth a look and see!
