Ewa Beach Home Lottery NOW ON! – VIDEO – Ilima Townhomes

Lottery applications are now being taken for Ilima Townhomes at Hoopili in Ewa Beach. Please contact me for a copy of the application and to find out more about the new home purchase process. In light of recent world events with Covid-19, there are changes to how the lotteries are carried out, for the safety of everyone involved, but please note, the sales are still on. So if you have been waiting to enter one of the Hoopili lotteries, it’s still possible.

    • Tax Returns (2 Years – Signed) or other Income Verification forms acceptable to the City
    • Proof of Residency
