Live the Haiku life at 105 Hohani Place on Maui’s beautiful north shore. Why? This home and property offers an excellent location with a very private setting in beautiful lush natural surroundings. The home itself has the feel of “Pacific northwest cabin meets tropical bungalow.” It is unique, and very well built.
Haiku homes for sale, 105 Hohani Place
This home (MLS# 346060) is the Stice Team’s newest listing, and shows absolute pride of ownership throughout the home and property. This home is also only 10 minutes away from the world renowned Ho’okipa Beach Park. Below is some footage that I took this winter while driving home from town.
Maui windsurfing at Ho’okipa
Ho’okipa is home to the world championships of windsurfing, but is also an awesome place for surfing, stand-up paddling, diving, or just lounging on the white sandy beach. Depending on the daily conditions, there is a suitable activity for just about any type, or experience level of water enthusiast.
Situated in Haiku East, one of the north shore’s most desirable neighborhoods, this property is incredibly private, lush, and has gorgeous natural surroundings. There is a plethora of mature landscaping throughout the property featuring colorful palms, flowers, ti-leaves, and other tropical flora.
Haiku is rad—I love the peace, quiet, and lush surroundings that I have enjoyed growing up in Haiku, and spending much of my life here. Its quaint tropical setting is a daily reminder of how beautiful life in paradise is.
Yes, Haiku does get some substantial rainfall. We experience anywhere from 60-100 inches of annual rainfall. I often remind people when it rains in Haiku it rains with Mana (power). This is no Seattle drizzling, our rain epitomizes “raining cats and dogs.” It will typically rain in the early morning and evening, the trade winds typically preserve bright and sunny weather during the course of the day.
Please let me know if you are interested in this beautiful home or property, or would like some information/insight about Haiku real estate, or living on the north shore.
Aloooooooooooooha 🙂

Jeremy, I can’t tell you how impressed I am with the Stice Team site. This looks great. I love the Ohana feel to the whole thing. You have the business, which is really well done, incorperated with island life, sprinkled with personal life. Bravo to you guys. The videos are fantastic! You must have a pretty good camera…(nod, nod, wink, wink)

Aloha Corky,
I am so glad you liked our newsletter that I sent out yesterday. I worked extremely hard on it and I very pleased and proud of the results. I am in the process of building the new SticeTeam.com site that will have a very similar feel and content matter, the newsletter will be a big part of the overall site.
You are absolutely right about the camera. Good thing we have good clients and even better friends who take such good care of us 🙂 🙂 🙂 Mahalo once again for your generosity and friendship.
A Hui Hou Corky!
