A Couple from Washington State Finds a Home Beyond Their Dreams in Puako, Hawaii

In my almost 40 years long career in real estate, the most rewarding thing has always been making my clients’ dreams come true. So many people dream of living in Hawaii, but those who decide to make that move will have some major decisions to make. What island and neighborhood to choose? What kind of property will be best? How do you find a great property in today’s market? Is this going to be a primary home or vacation rental? How much space inside and out, how many bedrooms and baths?

These are just some of the questions buyers need to find answers to. Turning home buyers’ dreams into reality is the best part of my job; it’s very important to listen to and understand the Buyer’s “Wish List”! I like to take the time to explore options, and when we find the right one, well, that makes my job the most satisfying!
