Vacations are fun, but coming home to Hawaii is awesome!
I recently came back from a European vacation in Poland. I enjoyed the trip so much that I didn’t really want the fun to end, but I needed to get home to family, work, and my life. I needed to get back to Oahu. Sure, I didn’t want my vacation to end, but was I disappointed with my final destination? Heck no!
European Vacation. I recently returned from my vacation. Even though Hawaii is a vacation destination, those of us who call the Islands home, we still travel and enjoy other destinations. This year I went to Poland. It was amazing. I have seen it change throughout the years. The country is vibrant and rich in history, full of beautiful places, architecture, and people. The restaurants and coffee shops are full of residents and international tourists. I stayed mainly in Warsaw, and visited Kracow and Lublin. I spent a few hours in a real salt mine (Wieliczka), walked through cathedrals and castles, with some dating back to the 13th century. I visited palaces, many parks, admired modern buildings, rode a fast train, reconnected with family and friends, and had delicious food and coffee daily. It was awesome! Now I’m back and ready to do what I love to do…who’s ready for more Hawaii pictures and Oahu real estate? Aloha! #poland #europeanvacation #warsaw #krakow #warsawpoland #hawaiilife #hawaiirealtor #realtorlife #mylife #vacation #vacationtime
While the trip home was a bit long due to unforeseen travel delays, getting on Hawaiian Airlines and seeing their safety message put me in a really good mood. The Aloha spirit was in the air. I looked to the left and to the right during the flight, and passengers were taking selfies at the start of their vacation. It’s such a great feeling knowing that a destination makes so many people so happy, and I get to call it home.

There’s no place like home!
Ahh the air!!! Getting off the plane on Oahu is unlike any other experience. There’s something magical about it. The air is warm, the breeze is light, and the humidity level is just perfect. It’s the reason visitors come back year after year to experience paradise, and it’s the very same reason why I loved my final destination. I was in love with my Island all over again.

If Hawaii has been on your mind, this may be just another reason why make the move. Some things we just can’t place a price tag on. Loving the place where you live is so important. Oahu…home sweet home!
Let’s stay connected!
