Run, don’t walk!
REO in Ewa Beach (MLS# 1103026)
This is for anybody in Hawaii who has a home loan with Bank of America and has become delinquent in their mortgage payments, or have requested, been denied, or are in the process of a loan modification.
Representatives from Bank of America have arrived and will be on O‘ahu for 4 weeks, the Big Island for 2 weeks, Maui for 2 weeks, and then Kaua‘i for 2-3 days to meet with the customers. You MUST make a appointment to meet with the representatives, so please call 855-201-7426 A.S.A.P.
Earlier this month, federal regulators came down on 14 mortgage services for improper foreclosure processing. In Hawaii, the foreclosure complaints target Bank of America by more than 30 percent according to the Honolulu Weekly article “The Foreclosure Fiasco.”
All mortgage services need to roll up their sleeves and get to work by doing the right thing by helping families save their homes. Bank of America is not the only lending institution at blame for all the mortgage foreclosures, but they are the largest bank and their representatives are in Hawaii right now.
There are many properties on Oahu that are already foreclosed and bank owned (REOs). If you would like an updated list of foreclosed properties on Oahu, and receive daily email alerts as new foreclosures come on the market, contact me, Cheryl Gillotti at 808-721-8987.
