Another to consider is unit #Ewa2201 (MLS# 1203717) – the Ewa designation places this unit in the Ewa tower, the one fronting Lewers St.
Though this is more expensive per square foot than #DH405, this architect owned unit has been thoroughly updated, remodeled, and modernized to a very high standard. Views like this usually don’t come cheap, but at 1,098 sq.ft. with a list price of $599,000, the price per square foot of this lovely unit comes in at 80% of Waikiki’s average.
